Homemade paleo hero pizza base
Weekend breakfast better for you than McDonalds pancakes are Paleo Hero pancakes which are all natural ingredients. Teamed here with 100% maple syrup is a nice breakfast. Each pack makes 3 pancakes x 4 serves. ( I tried to make 1 big one but it just crumbled. )
A quick breakfast before church
I found these sausages in Coles which claim to be 100% Australian Beef, no added hormones and they were very thick sausages so you only need 1 per serve. It’s a easy dinner with salad plate and hubby liked this dinner.
I made Nomato Marinara *see previous post, and added thyme, parsley, oregano, fennel seeds and tarragon
Today’s breakfast was using up fridge items before groceries are done. It’s one of those meals can be any time of the day eg breakfast, lunch or dinner. I find having protein at breakfast keeps me going until lunch and I don’t need snacks between meals.
