I have access to a full kitchen with microwave, stove cooktop, frypan but decided to get prep done at home so I am not spending valuable time cooking. We are self catering… I will be taking these meals already prep done. Note after Camp : It saved so much time getting meals ready and 2 minutes reheat in microwave meals were ready. *Some camping sites have camp kitchen with microwave unless you are out bush with no power in which case reheat in pot over gas cooktop (On a personal note I weighed in before leaving for camp and day after camp and didn’t gain or lose kgs)
