I found a organic slaw salad kit in the supermarket so I have served it with leftover turkey rissoles which I made into mini meatballs using a melon baller. I added some of my homemade basil pesto. I the slaw was all organic ingredients as well as the dressing. kale, carrot, beetroot, cabbage, dressing: apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sunflower oil, herbs,spices, onion, sea salt, lemon juice, yeast, sugar, xantham gum
This was inspired by First Place For Health recipe.
1 English muffin toasted
1ts logical margarine
2 slices pastrami
homemade tarragon slaw : 1 slice cabbage,1 /4 carrot, 1/2 green shallot, 1tsp kewpie mayo.
2 tomato slices
light pinch black pepper
toast muffin and spread with margarine
make slaw cut cabbage very thin , julienne carrot, slice shallot and mix together with mayo
cut tomato slices
place pastrami on bottom of muffin, top with slaw.
add tomato then sprinkle with pepper and place top of muffin on top.

This is a homemade coleslaw combining a couple of recipes I use to do as I didn’t have all the ingredients to make just one of them.
I served it with baked chicken burger patty and baked wedges I cooked in preheated oven 180*c for 120 minutes and served with sweet chili sauce.

1 handful kale
1/2 fennel bulb
1/2 Red onion
1 green shallot sliced
1Tb apple cider vinegar mothers earth
1 lemon juiced
2Tb organic mayo
Cut vegetables on mandolin thinly then mix in bowl with mayo , lemon juice and apple cider vinegar
Making sides to go with bbq . Fish, beef, chicken.

Cauliflower : Steamed, Sautéed, Roasted, Make into Mash or Replace rice with Cauli rice . Nice with bacon, onions, Brussel sprouts, Stir-fry’s, Garlic, Chili -deseeded and de-skinned, Ginger, mustard seeds also go well with Cauli, Curries, Gratin, Pizza or Wrap base

Mash: (Crème Fraiche or coconut milk with cooked Vegetables in blender) Can add leek, onion, shallots, Sea-salt and black pepper. Types of Mash Beetroot, Carrot, Sweet potato, Parsnip, Cauliflower
Carrot, Celery & Onions: Options include add to other vegetables, Meat, Poultry or Fish, Coconut Milk, Curry Powder, Coconut Aminos. You can also pickle or make them into salad, or crudités or skewers with meat, or for stews/slow cooking
Carrot : Steamed, Baked, Make into chips, soups, stir fries, Crudités, salad and slaws
Celery : Sautéed, Mix w Aioli or mayo or chicken or tuna in lettuce wrap, crudités, soup, stir fries, char grilled on bbq, Add bacon to celery, or walnuts and apples, salads with radish.
Onions : sautéed, fried, baked, slow cooked, stir fried, salads and slaws
Soup Base – Sauté Carrot, Celery, Onion, Then add for soup base organic bone-broth or stock , herbs, Sea-salt and Black Pepper.
Mushrooms complete with Butter, garlic, sage, thyme, mint, bacon or prosciutto, coconut aminos, ginger, spinach or kale. Make into a Strog or bolognaise sauce, or gravy, With Eggs in a Omelette or frittata
Wombok/Asian Cabbage – Asian Slaw or Chow Mein (*No noodles), Chicken or Beef Thai salad
