I don’t normally eat rolls unless they are the Bahn mi ones.
These are soft hotdog rolls and are a great substitute for the Bahn mi though the Bahn mi rolls hold better and can be split on the top. these had to be split on the side which isn’t great for lots of filling.
These two fillings were really nice and filling for lunch on 2 different days.
I have just grouped them together as rolls.

I love these Vietnamese rolls and I make my own filling. Great for lunch or any meal of the day.
For this one I used Kalbi Marinade for the beef strips. Slice beef thinly with fillet knife then marinade for 30minutes or overnight. then cook in non stick skillet. I don’t add oil but if you want to add 1tsp before frying peanut or sesame oil. the rest is all fresh ingredients as listed.

I love Bahn mi Vietnamese rolls and Coles sell the rolls without filling. So here are my creations. Split the rolls from the middle at the top but not through to the bottom of the roll. ( Do not slice them lengthways as a burger.) You get more filling. Spread top with mayo or pâté then top with lettuce and remaining ingredients.
