Homemade Pizza #5, #6

    Parmesan crusted chicken pizza

Ingredient serves 2

  • 1 pizza wrap base
  • 3 parmesan crusted chicken tenders cooked and chopped leftovers
  • 1/4 red onion sliced in rings then half and separated
  • 1/4 lebanese cucumber sliced in rings  and halved
  • 1 green capsicum grown in vegepod
  • 4 heirloom black tomato quartered
  • 2 handfuls lactose free cheese grated
  • 1 tb bbq sauce salt reduced
  • Cooking spray
  • Serve with mix leaves

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180*c
  2. Line pizza tray with foil
  3. Spray pizza base with cooking spray place on pizza tray spray side down
  4. Top pizza with sauce then cheese
  5. Top with with remaining ingredients
  6. Cook for 10 minutes
  7. Slice into 4
  8. Each person gets 2 slices

Ingredient serves 2

  • 1 pizza wrap base
  • 2tb organic tomato paste
  • 2 rasher bacon diced
  • 2 mushroom sliced
  • 2tb sliced black olives
  • 2 handful lactose free cheese grated
  • Cooking spray

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180*c
  2. Line pizza tray with foil
  3. Spray pizza base with cooking spray place on pizza tray spray side down
  4. Top pizza with tomato paste then cheese
  5. Top with with remaining ingredients
  6. Cook for 10 minutes
  7. Slice into 4
  8. Each person gets 2 slices

 

Pizza hut inspired base/sauce

Pizza hut inspired base and sauce. Serves 2

Base

1cup 00 flour

1tsp lactose free milk

1/4 sachet yeast sachet

1tsp organic raw sugar

Light pinch sea-salt

1tb organic olive oil

1/3 cup warm boiled water

Additional 1tb organic olive oil for pan grease bottom and sides of round cake tin

Mix together

Knead for 10 minutes

Grease pan

Leave dough covered to rise in warm place for 1h

make sauce leave to to blend for the 1hr.

 

Sauce: combine and mix well

Tomato soup

Marjoram

Oregano

Garlic powder

Thyme

Sea-salt

Preheat oven to 180*c  10minutes before toppings go on.

My toppings 

Lactose free cheese pizza mix

Cup shredded BBQ Chicken

2tb Sliced black olives

1 medium Capsicum from vegepod

5 cherry tomatoes halved

2 button mushroom sliced sliced

1/4 onion sliced

3 slices swiss cheese cut into strips/squares

Method

Make base and sauce as above

Spread sauce on top of base

Add lactose free cheese spread evenly

Leave a space around outer rim of crust then spread remaining toppings evenly over top of cheese in  order written

Bake 25 minutes or until crust is lightly brown and swiss cheese has melted.

  • 1 Wrap
  • 1tb Organic passatta
  • 6 Thin Salami slices
  • 1 Red capsicum cheek  diced
  • 1/8 Red onion diced
  • 1tb Sliced olives
  • 6 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Organic garlic dried
  • 1/4 tspThyme
  • 20g Lactose free pizza mixed cheese

Ingredients Makes 1 large 4 serves

  • 1 Wrap
  • 1Tb BBQ sauce salt reduced
  • 1/8 tsp Red onion
  • 3 Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Organic garlic dried
  • 1tb Lebanese Garlic sauce
  • 1 BBQ Chicken breast no skin
  • 1tb jalapeno chopped

Garlic bread

Garlic roll

Serves 2

  • 2 rolls
  • 1tb proactive margarine
  • 1/4tsp organic dried garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Method

  1. Mix butter with garlic parsley
  2. Slice roll w dipping sauce into 5 slices but don’t cut through to bottom
  3. Spread herb garlic butter on both sides of each slice

Ingredients serves 2 mains or 4 entrée

Base

  • 1 cup lactose free Jalna vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup 00 flour

Topping

  • 2tb Organic passatta
  • 1 cheek capsicum strips
  • 1/2 tomato cut into chunks
  • 1tb sliced black olives
  • 2 cleavers grass fed beef hotdogs
  • 1tb oregano
  • 2tb ranch dressing
  • 1tb sriarcha sauce drizzled
  • Olive oil Cooking spray

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180*c
  2. Mix base ingredient together
  3. Line with foil and Spray foil on pizza tray
  4. Line tray with pizza base
  5. Slice topping ingredient and spread evenly around pizza base
  6. Bake for 25 minutes

Ingredients serves 2 mains or 4 entrée

Base

  • 1qty pizza base
  • Add 1tb egg powder to base

Topping

  • 2tb bbq sauce
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1 chicken breast thigh cubed
  • 1 cleavers hotdog
  • 1 rash turkey bacon
  • 1 Portobello mushroom sliced
  • 1 green shallot sliced
