Breakfast

Zucchini and bacon soup with lactose free cheese

Morning tea

Lunch

Herb & garlic schnitzel burger (gluten-free roll, lettuce, tomato, organic mayo, herb garlic schnitzel, sweet chili sauce) and baked straight cut chips

Bake chips and schnitzel in preheated 180*c oven for 25minutes sprayed with cooking spray

Dinner

Chinese curried prawns and organic basmatic rice.

Pan-fried chicken Burger

Oven baked chips, pan-fried chicken burger

Ingredients serves 1

1 genius gluten-free seeded roll

1/2 Chicken breast fillet cut in half

3 slices cucumber

2 slices tomato

2 cos lettuce leaves

1tsp organic mayonnaise

1tsp sweet chili sauce for chicken

1 slice lactose free cheese

1 handful gluten-free chips

Method :

To Cook chips:

Preheat oven 180*c

Place chips on lined baking tray

Spray with cooking spray

Bake for 25 minutes

To Make burger:

Slice bun in half across the middle

Pan fry chicken in non stick skillet until chicken is cooked through

Slice tomato and cucumber

Place bun on 2nd oven tray

5 minutes before end of chips cooking, place bun in oven on tray , then place cheese slice on top half of the bun, bake further 2 minutes

Remove bun when cheese is melted

Place lettuce on bottom bun

Follow by mayo, tomato and cucumber slices.

Add cooked chicken and sweet chili sauce

Top with cheese topped bun half.

Serve with hot chips.
