Microwave Gluten Free Chips with ketchup

Ingredients Serves 1

  • 1 handful straight cut gluten free frozen chips
  • 1Tb Organic Ketchup

Method

  1. Place chips in a microwave bowl
  2. Microwave chips for 2-3 minutes until heated through
  3. Drizzle sauce over hot chips and enjoy

Gluten Free Turkey Bacon

Ingredients Serves 1

  • 2 rashers gluten free turkey bacon,
  • 1 organic egg,
  • 3 yellow tomatoes halved
  • 1 handful organic mixed leaves
  • cooking spray

Method

  1. In Non stick skillet spray with cooking spray
  2. Cook bacon and egg to your liking
  3. Add tomatoes to pan for 1 minute to heat through
  4. Serve with mixed leaves on serving plate.

 

Guacamole, lactose free cheese slice, English ham,tomato, premium crackers

Guacamole & Crackers

Ingredients serves 1

  • 1Tb Guacamole dip
  • 1 slice Lactose free cheese
  • 3 slices English Ham
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 individual portion premium crackers

Method

  1. Open crackers and place on plate
  2. Place remaining ingredients on plate
  3. Enjoy

Ingredients serves 1 

  • 200g Organic Baked Beans
  • 2 Rashers Bacon
  • 2 Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 small onion sliced
  • 1Tb BBQ Sauce Salt reduced
  • 2 Sandwich Thins

Method

  1. Slice ingredients as listed
  2. Place beans, Bacon, mushrooms. onion in microwave bowl
  3. Heat for 3 minutes in microwave
  4. Serve with sauce and sandwich thins.

Turkey Bacon & Pan Fried Egg

Turkey Bacon & Pan-fried Egg

Ingredients Serves 1

  • 3 Slices Turkey bacon
  • 1 Organic Egg
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 1 Tb Tomato Sauce

Method

  1. Slice Mushrooms, Half the tomato if its whole. Keep the other half for another meal.
  2. In non stick skillet cook bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomato to your liking. I do mine until the egg is not clear egg white but still runny in middle.
  3. Serve with sauce sprinkled over the top.

Ingredients Serves 2

  • 2 Slices Nitrate free bacon
  • 1 Cup Leftover Rice Pouch
  • 1 Mushroom diced
  • 1/2 tomato diced
  • 1tsp Chinese 5 spice powder.
  • Cooking Spray

Method

  1. Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Dice the ingredients as listed.
  3. Place all ingredients into skillet and stir fry until bacon is cooked.
  4. Enjoy hot.

Steamed chicken Tenderloins, Panache of Vegetables

Steamed Chicken Tenderloins with Panache of Vegetables & Lite Supreme Gravy

Ingredients serves 1

  • 2 chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 large zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large button mushroom
  • 2tsp Logical margarine
  • Make 1 jug of gravy for 4 serves*use in other meals

Method:

  1. Steam chicken tenderloins in microwave steamer for 6 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Slice zucchini, 1 carrot and 1 large button mushroom with crinkle cutter.
  3. Place vegetable in microwave bowl with 2tsp logical margarine (*I didn’t have any butter ) cook for 4-5 minutes until soft but not mushy in microwave.
  4. *Make gravy according to directions on packet. I served 2Tb gravy per serve.

 

Bacon, Baked Beans & Mushrooms

Bacon, Baked Beans & Mushrooms

Ingredients Serves 4

  • 400g Organic baked beans
  • 6 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small brown onion sliced
  • 3 bacon rashers sliced

Method

  1. Chop bacon, onion and mushrooms into slices
  2. Fry in a non stick  skillet until bacon his cooked. Stir continuously so it doesnt burn on bottom.
  3. Serve with toast, sandwich thins or rice or pasta.

Ingredients Serves 1

  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 free range egg
  • 1 handful mixed leaves
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1tsp garlic mayo

Method

  1. Beat and Cook egg in ramekin,
  2. cook turkey bacon in microwave for 2minutes with egg
  3. Place mixed leaves on plate with cherry tomatoes
  4. Spread Garlic Mayo on Top.

  • 200g Organic spaghetti
  • Option : 1-2 slices toast

Method

  1. Open can and lace contents in microwave bowl
  2. Cook in microwave bowl, heat for 2minutes
  3. This can also be served on toast (see photo below)
