This week I am back on track with Pete Evans range of ready cooked meals and simmer sauce range meals and with his raw cakes or bliss balls for morning/afternoon teas
Simmer Sauces : My summary, I love the butter chicken & Bolognaise the best. The Moroccan & Jamaican was way too spicy even for me that loves chili, Thai Green curry was very mild and bland. I would definitely get the butter chicken and bolognaise again.

Just released are Chef Pete Evans Simmer Sauces range available through selected IGA stores or online through http://www.avogel.com.au/food . I ordered 2 of each sauces to try them out. They are suppose to be the same as the healthy everyday meals range. $7.99 for 330ml jar of sauce. Paleo, Gluten Free, Made with natural ingredients. They arrived after 2 days order as they came from Qld to NSW. IGA in Illawarra wont be stocking them as they are a special order. Stay Tuned for my meals using these sauces. Coming Soon.
