Lectin free turkey con carne. If tomatoes (deseeded and skin off) capsicum/bell pepper (deseeded and skinned) and black beans are cooked in pressure cooker it destroys the Lectins which cause inflammation.
These are easy to make with a few ingredients.
Ingredients makes 4 (egg ring size)bagels
1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
1/2 cup organic self raising flour
Light pinch sea-salt
Light pinch raw organic sugar
Black and white sesame seeds
Coconut oil cooking spray for tray
Preheat oven 200*c fan forced oven
Baking tray with baking paper and spray with coconut oil spray.
Mix in bowl remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds.
Mix until all combined. Divide 5he dough into 4 sections.
Place 1 Section of the dough mixture into egg ring and spread out evenly. Get a chopstick and make a hole in the middle of the dough. Remove egg ring. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Repeat with the other 3 sections of the dough.
Bake for 20 minutes.
1/ lactose free cream cheese and organic jam
2/ bacon nitrate free, avocado, egg, mesclun salad
3/ lactose free cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, dill and mesclun side salad

Paleo Tortilla bowls were a experimental recipe that has worked out. So I can now do my own tortilla bowls, pies or pastry shells with this pastry.
