I was trying to find a healthy dessert and decided to mix some items together and this one worked.
Makes 4 shot glasses or 2x 1/2 small mason jar
4tb coconut milk
4tb lactose free cream cheese
1/2 lemon squeezed for juice
1 whole lemon for zest only
1 handful coconut flakes
Mix all together in bowl until smooth then pour into shot glass or mason jar. Chill at least 2hrs.
