I am on study dinner roster and we are in pairs to cater for the group each week.
We already have Lasagne (16 serves) with 2 loaves of Garlic Bread from my partner so I have added to it with these lovely pizzas.
10minutes to cook in oven and dinner is ready.
Italian Theme dinner tonight.
Often I will try to match what the other person is doing but it’s not always possible.

Burritos for 19
This was a Study dinner catering for 20 people.
My BBQ Chicken and black bean Burritos, with Mexican rice, diy tortillas, mince, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese.
Accompanied by ccs , jalapeños and sour cream.
Time: 4 hours prep to complete
I used The 8 week sugar diet cookbook recipe without noodles and doubled the vegetables. I made the soup on the stove top in a pan then transferred to slow cooker and cooked it on low for a further 3hrs to keep warm for serving. I used 2kg chicken drumsticks cooked in pressure cooker before adding to the soup.

Caesar Salad for 18-20
Study roster with partner who brings Lasagne for 16 and 2 garlic bread.
My contribution is Caesar Salad.
One of the members of the group is on warfarin, others are sugar free and AIP Paleo, Heart friendly Diets. It is hard to know each week what to make bearing in mind we are catering for different medical conditions that react with food.

Garden Salad for 20 for a catering event. This is my basic Garden Salad which goes along way. I serve it in layers of each item then people just use salad servers and each person gets the same thing.
