Burgers:

Charcoal brioche w 1 oven baked chicken burger pattie, 2 slices hickory smoked bacon cooked in skillet,1 slice  pineapple,1/2  tomato sliced, 5 slices cucumber, Cos lettuce, 1tsp kewpie mayo and 1tsp sweet chili sauce with oven baked 50g  straight cut chips per serve. Place skewer in top to for presentation and hold it together while you carry to table

Burger Pattie ideas

If you don’t want to use gluten flour to bind burgers there are some good alternatives.

  • Sweet potato mash
  • Beetroot Mash
  • Arrowroot powder
  • Coconut Flour
  • Almond Flour
  • Quinoa (*if you are having quinoa)

 

Instead of bread buns you can use Lettuce Leaf, Portobello Mushrooms, roasted capsicum cheeks, avocado half

 

Patties : season with herbs, spices,  sea-salt and pepper, organic free range egg, choose one of the above to stabilize patties, choose onion type (Red, green shallot, leek or white onion w brown skins, eschallot red Asian), garlic, coconut aminos, ginger, grated carrot, grated  beets, sweet potato mash

Pork *fennel, ginger

Turkey * lime zest, fennel,
