The 8 Week blood Sugar Cookbook: Breakfast Berries and Yogurt Seed and Nuts Pots (*I added 1Tb museli to each pot) for breakfast

10 Pots  = $12

1 x Frozen Berries

1kg Greek Yogurt Organic

1 Packet Mixed Seeds and Nuts

10tsp Muesli

Makes 10 Pots. (*Bought ingredients at Aldi)

Breakfast = $1.20  per pot

5 breakfasts x 2 people

To make put in each pot: 2Tb Greek Yogurt Organic, 2Tb Berries, 2Tb Mix seeds/nuts, 1Tb muesli

 

 

 


Garden Salad : Lettuce, tomato, red onion, carrot, mushroom, cucumber, French Dressing

Salad Bowls work out to be $1 per bowl /$ 5 for 5 Salad bowls (*bought vegetables at Foodworks) (For me)

5 Salad Bowls with Tuna and Wraps $12 = ($2.40 per serve) (hubby)

5 salad bowls as above, 5x tuna 90g, 1pack wholemeal wraps

Each Bowl has 2 lettuce leaf, 3 carrot strips, 3 cucumber strips, 5 cherry tomato, 1 slice red onion, 1 button mushroom, 1 French dressing
