The holy trinity are vore base combinations that cuisines use.

  1. Chinese: garlic, ginger chili or green shallot
  2. Italian: sofrito carrot or capsicum, onion, leek
  3. New orlenes & Cajun: capsicum, celery, onion
  4. French: mirepoix – carrot, onion, celery
  5. Spanish: onion, garlic, tomato
  6. Korean: fermentation, 3 sauces gochujang, doengang, gangjan or soy
  7. German: onion, celeriac, leek
  8. Greek: olive oil, oregano, lemon
  9. Vietnamese: rice, Vietnamese fresh herbs , fish sauce
  10. Indian: cumin, turmeric, mustard seed or garlic, ginger onion
  11. Thai : Ginger, Garlic, birds eye chili
  12. Indonesian: long red Chili, Coconut, fish sauce
