Wednesday’s menu

Breakfast: Cook 1 rasher bacon and 1 organic egg, 1/2 tomato in non stick skillet with cooking spray to your liking. Cook 1 slice sourdough in toast. Place bacon and egg on toast.

Lunch homebaked pizza: preheat oven to 180*c line baking tray with foil, spray with cooking spray, place 1 individual pizza base on tray. Spread base with 1tb tomato sauce. Sprinkle 1tb parmesan on top of sauce, cut 3 yellow cherry tomatoes in half place evenly on pizza, top with 1/2 Stalk celery chopped, 1 handful kale shredded, 1tb sliced black olives, 1 chorizo sliced, top with 1tb lactose free pizza cheese shredded. Bake for 20minutes

Dinner : 1 serve tuscan chicken with organic mash potato and 1/2cup green beans

Snack – split roll down middle. Place remaining ingredients in roll as listed on photo.
