Ingredients serves 2

2 Twiggy sticks chopped

2 rashers nitrate free Bacon

1 organic carrot sliced on diagonal

1 stalk organic Celery sliced

1tsp organic Garlic

1 green Shallot cut on diagonal

1 cup Basmati rice precooked & cold

1 Organic egg beaten

1tb Lite soy sauce

1tb sesame oil

Method

Add all to non stick skillet stir fry until egg is cooked through aznd rice is hot.
