#1Pizza
Ingredients serves 2 mains or 4 entrée

Base

  • 1 cup lactose free Jalna vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup 00 flour

Topping

  • 2tb Organic passatta
  • 1 cheek capsicum strips
  • 1/2 tomato cut into chunks
  • 1tb sliced black olives
  • 2 cleavers grass fed beef hotdogs
  • 1tb oregano
  • 2tb ranch dressing
  • 1tb sriarcha sauce drizzled
  • Olive oil Cooking spray

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180*c
  2. Mix base ingredient together
  3. Line with foil and Spray foil on pizza tray
  4. Line tray with pizza base
  5. Slice topping ingredient and spread evenly around pizza base
  6. Bake for 25 minutes

#2 Pizza
Ingredients serves 2 mains or 4 entrée

Base

  • 1qty pizza base
  • Add 1tb egg powder to base

Topping

  • 2tb bbq sauce
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1 chicken breast thigh cubed
  • 1 cleavers hotdog
  • 1 rash turkey bacon
  • 1 Portobello mushroom sliced
  • 1 green shallot sliced
