Ingredients serves 1

  • 3 Seafood Sticks

Serve with

  • 1Tb Kewpie mayo

Method

  1. Place stick on microwave plate
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Drizzle over the kewpie mayo.
  4. Enjoy!

 

Lebanese bread, lettuce, tomato, cous cous tabouli, garlic sauce, chicken, bbq sauce, lactose free cheese grated

Ingredients serves 1

  • 1 Lebanese bread
  • 1 large lettuce leaf shredded,
  • 1/2 tomato Sliced, then halved of it diced for cous cous,
  • 1TB cous cous tabouli, (1Tb lemon juice, 1/4 of above tomato diced, 1 handful fresh parsley chopped)
  • 1tsp garlic sauce,
  • 1 BBQ chicken breast pulled apart,
  • 1tb bbq sauce,
  • 1tb lactose free cheese grated

You will also need

  • Sandwich maker

Method

  1. Make Cous-Cous Tabouleh
  2. Soak Cous-Cous in enough hot boiling water to just cover cous-cous and cover the dish until increased in size and water has been absorbed
  3. Mix Lemon juice, couscous, tomato, parsley in bowl together and set aside until you have other ingredients ready
  4. Spread bread with garlic sauce
  5. top with lettuce, sliced tomato down the middle of the bread.
  6. place couscous tabouleh on top of the tomato
  7. then add the chicken
  8. drizzle with bbq sauce
  9. top with cheese.
  10. Fold ends over then roll *It can be also then wrapped in foil
  11. place in sandwich toaster
  12. Enjoy
