Week 3 Dinner

Garlic rice, chicken & Vegetable stirfry with bone broth and garlic

Day 16 Dinner Indian organic shahi korma chicken and roti jala
Day 17. Sweet potato mash, minted organic peas, steak and mushroom pie

Day 18 homemade roast pork (180*c for 1.5hours with water bath then wrap in foil rest 30min before calving) and roast vegetables with mint jelly and gravy.

Day 19 easy meatloaf with sweet potato mash.
