Leftover Roast Pork & Roast Vegetables

Ingredients serves 2

  • 500g Roast Pork left from cooking roast
  • 2 large chunks roast pumpkin
  • 2 half roast potato
  • 1qty Pan Juice Gravy
  • 1 Cup Steamed Green beans
  • 2Tb mint jelly
  • 1 handful fresh Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Reheat Roast pork & Roast vegetables, gravy on microwave safe serving plate for 4 minutes.
  2. steam green bean in microwave dish for 4 minutes or until cooked
  3. serve with mint jelly with fresh mint

 

Leftover Meatloaf

Leftover meatloaf

Ingredients serves 2

  • 1/2 qty Meatloaf
  • 1 baked potato,
  • 1 cup steamed beans,
  • 1/2 tomato,
  • 1 cup mushrooms

Method

  1. Slice meatloaf in half and place on each microwave safe plate
  2. Place remaining ingredients on plate and reheat for 3-4 minutes
