Seafood stick salad

Seafood Stick Salad

Ingredients serves 1

  • 3 seafood sticks
  • 1/4 cucumber sliced
  • 1Tb pickled ginger
  • 1/3 cup lemongrass chili rice
  • 1 handful mixed organic leaves
  • 1Tb miso sesame dressing

Method

  1. Unwrap sticks and heat on microwave plate for 2minutes
  2. Place leaves in bowl.
  3. Slice cucumber and place in bowl.
  4. Place ginger in bowl.
  5. Microwave the rice according to pouch then serve 1/3 cup in middle of the bowl
  6. Drizzle dressing over top of all ingredients.

Lebanese Chicken Kebab Homemade

Ingredients Serves 1

  • 1 Lebanese Bread
  • 1Tb Garlic Sauce for Kebabs
  • 1 Handful Mixed Leaves
  • 1 BBQ Chicken Breast fillet
  • 1Tb BBQ Sauce

Method

  1. Spread Lebanese bread with the garlic sauce
  2. Place leaves down middle
  3. Top leaves with chicken pull it apart
  4. Dress with BBQ Sauce
  5. Fold Ends of the bread in then roll
  6. You can grill it or put in sandwich press if you want it toasted.

 

Bbq chicken and  chips with garlic sauce

BBQ Chicken & Chips with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients Serves 1

  • 1 BBQ Chicken Thigh and 1 Wing
  • 1 Handful Gluten Free Straight Cut Frozen Chips
  • 1Tb Garlic Sauce

Method

  1. Place chips in microwave dish and microwave for 2-3 minutes until hot
  2. Reheat chicken if its cold on serving plate for 2 minutes
  3. Serve with Garlic Sauce on the side
