Recipes Week 2 Breakfasts

Recipe Serves 1

  • 3 Slices Turkey bacon
  • 1 Organic Egg
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 1 Tb Tomato Sauce


  1. Slice Mushrooms, Half the tomato if its whole. Keep the other half for another meal.
  2. In non stick skillet cook bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomato to your liking. I do mine until the egg is not clear egg white but still runny in middle.
  3. Serve with sauce sprinkled over the top.

Day 11 fried rice with Bacon&  mushroom
Serves 2

  • 2 Slices Nitrate free bacon
  • 1 Cup Leftover Rice Pouch
  • 1 Mushroom diced
  • 1/2 tomato diced
  • 1tsp Chinese 5 spice powder.
  • Cooking Spray


  1. Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Dice the ingredients as listed.
  3. Place all ingredients into skillet and stir fry until bacon is cooked.
  4. Enjoy hot.

Day 13 noodles tomato sauce
Ingredients serves 1

  • 1 packet 2 minute noodles
  • water to just cover noodles
  • 1tb Salt reduced tomato sauce


  1. Place noodles in microwave bowl with sachet (Or omit sachet and add own seasoning)
  2. Cover noodles with boiling water from kettle
  3. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Add tomato sauce and stir

Day 14 English muffin and jam

Ingredients serves 1

  • 1 English Muffin
  • 1Tb Organic Jam


  1. Split the muffin in half and toast it
  2. Spread with Jam
  3. Enjoy!
