Day 3: Lemongrass chicken with mixed leaves, coriander and Vietnamese poonsin dressing
Day 4: Tuna Cakes and homemade slaw
Day 5: Steamed Chicken , creamy Potato, steamed vegetables, & Gravy
Day 6: Coles Asian Style Salad Bowl
Day 7 chicken Caesar salad
