Homemade Taco mince

Ingredients serves 2 (4 gluten free tortillas)

500g beef mince grass fed

1 onion diced

1tsp of each: ground corriander, organic cumin, mexican chili powder ,

2Tb organic passatta

1 tin drained mexican black beans

1tb lard melted

Method:

Chop onion into a dice

Add lard and mince to pan an dd cook until mince is brown

Add spices and passatta

Cook together with beans storing sour doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan

You can add 1tb water if needed

Serve with gluten free tortillas and mexican sides/condiments
