Dessert cup

*warning it is a sweet dessert

treat only not for a everyday dessert.

 

Ingredients serves 1

1 handful Brazil nuts crushed

1/2 Tb lactose free cream cheese

1/4 packet port wine jelly crystals

1Tb lactose free yogurt

1/4 lemon juiced

1/2Tb pure maple syrup

4 mini gluten free meringue kisses

Method

Place Brazil nuts into zip lock bag and smash with rolling pin

Place in bottom of serving cup * Reserve 1tsp for top

Mix remaining ingredients except for the meringue kisses together in mixing bowl and spoon over nuts evenly.

Top with with meringue kisses

Sprinkle remaining crushed nuts on top.

Place in fridge until ready to serve.

Can be made ahead of time.
