Lettuce, organic carrot grated, pickled ginger and cucumber, organic cherry tomatoes

Lunch

Asian slaw with sail on and wombok, fresh bean sprouts, with Thai lime dressing and prawns

Afternoon tea

Crackers, organic cherry tomatoes, gherkin, tzatiki, lactose free cheese

Dinner same as yesterday homemade roast pork with roast vegetables homemade gravy homemade mint sauce with steamed broccoli
