Lunch spinach and herb wrap with turkey, ranch, cranberry sauce, lettuce, tomato, carrot, avocado

Dinner gluten-free bagel, rissole, slaw, pickled cucumber, lactose free cheese slice, pan fried organic egg,  organic tomato relish served with oven baked straight cut chips with sea-salt and rosemary.
