Recipe Chinese peking pork w hoisin sauce

Ingredients serves 2

4 slices Peking pork (bought) slice into strips

1/4 onion sliced

1 organic carrot cut thin strips

2 celery stalks

2 green shallots

Add hoisin homemade sauce

Stir fry until vegetables cooked but still crunchy


Hoisin homemade sauce:

1tsp lite soy

1tsp dark soy

1/2 palm sugar cube Grated

1tb Sioux Xing cooking wine

1 star anise

1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice

1ts ginger grated

1tsp organic tomato ketchup

Mix all together in pot over low heat until it thickens then add to pork and vegetables . Stir fry until mixed through.

Serve with steamed organic rice.
