Recipe: fried rice

Ingredients serves 2 mains or 4 entrees

1 cup cooked cooled organic basmati rice

1tsp organic garlic

1tsp organic ginger

1 slice glutefree ham

1 organic green shallot or onion

1 cup frozen organic vegetables

1 organic egg beaten

1Tb lite soy

1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice

1tb sesame oil

 

Method

Cut ham in large dice

Heat oil in wok

Add egg and rice and stir fry until egg almost cooked

Add remaining ingredient and stir fry until vegetables are cooked
