Recipe: chinese chicken and mushroom hot pot

Ingredients serves 4 mains

3 chicken breast fillets

1packet portobello mushrooms broken into pieces ( shitaki or woodear mushroom can be substituted)

1 tsp organic ginger

1tsp organic garlic

1tb gluten free cornflour

1Tb dark soy

1tb brown sugar

pinch salt

1tb bone broth chicken granules

1/2 cup water



Place all in wok and steam with lid on but stir occasionally so ingredients dont stick

Serve with steamed rice
