Recipe: katsu curry sauce

Ingredients serves 1

1/2 tsp organic minced garlic

1/2 tsp organic minced ginger

1/8 red onion sliced

2Tb Jullean carrot

2Tb organic plain flour

1 handful fresh coriander leaf and stem

1 Tb marmalade (*use mango chutney if you have it)

2Tb water (*can sub for coconut water or coconut cream)

1/2 tsp curry powder keeps or indian

1/2tsp Garam masala

Pinch of turmeric

Method

Place all ingredient into saucepan and stir until mixed and thickens remove from heat so it doesn’t burn on bottom of the pan.
