Almond satay sauce

No need To use peanut or cashews for satay sauces. Almonds make same taste without the peanuts.


ingredients serves 4-6

100g 100% almond butter

1Tb Thai red curry paste

1Tb tamarind paste

1tsp organic garlic minced

1tb Thai fish sauce

2Tb lite soy

1/2 cup organic coconut cream



Place all in saucepan and mix well so it doesnt burn on bottom. Continue to stir until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat and stir again before serving.

This is great to serve with turkey- chicken- pork- beef- lamb- vegetables
