Breakfast: Spinach & Egg fritata with toasted sunblest sandwhich thin.

Lunch spinach and herb wrap, cos lettuce, cherry tomato,  red onion, kewpie, lemon pepper tuna, sauerkraut

Dinner: carrot, red shallot, mushroom, celery and organic coriander, organic garlic and organic ginger with chicken bone broth served with organic basmati rice
