Phad Ga Pow Gai Recipe

Ingredients serves 2

2 chicken thigh fillets

1tsp Organic garlic diced

1/2 Red onion sliced

1 teaspoon crushed chilies

10-15 large Thai basil leaves chopped

1 tin bamboo shoots drained

1 cup green sliced beans

2 tablespoon Thai oyster sauce

1 teaspoon dark soy

1 Tb pure sesame oil

Serve with steamed Jasmine rice.

 

Method

Sliced chicken into strips and add with sesame oil to pan on low to medium heat.

Stirfry garlic, chicken,  red onion with sesame oil

When chicken is almost cooked add remaining ingredient and stir fry until well combined.

serve with steamed jasmine rice
