Breakfast : organic ginger,  chicken thighs and organic garlic with organic  rice with mixed salad leaves & lite French dressing ,pickled ginger and chicken bone broth with organic coriander and organic ginger

Lunch : bento box mine goreng noodles no seasoning added Thai oyster sauce, prawns, vegepod lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cucumber with kewpie mayo, pickled ginger,  orange segment

Dinner turkey rissoles, gravy, wedges with lemon herb seasonimg, steamed zucchini and carrot with lemon juice
