1 handful mixed leaves (*or cos lettuce)
2 rashers preservative free bacon rashers
1 organic egg
15g parmesan cheese grated
1Tb garlic aioli (*or Caesar dressing
Poach the egg to your liking.
Cook the bacon in non stick skillet.
Arrange leaves on plate.
Cut up cooked bacon arrange evenly on leaves
Place cooked egg in middle of the plate
Add dressing and parmesan
* it can be served cold or warm (*microwave for 1min to Melt cheese)
