Breakfast :  Lite n Easy 1800cal spring menu: chilled dinner range chargrilled lamb with spinach and pinenut salad

Morning tea  organic orange *I swapped it for the one lite n Easy included

Lunch Lite n Easy lunch grilled chicken and parmesan burger with tomato , baby spinach and tomato chutney on a grain roll *the roll comes frozen with chicken and parmesan (roll went rock hard when defrosted so couldn’t eat it and tomato wasn’t nice as it wasnt ripe) so all I had was the chicken

Dinner: Lite n Easy Nasi Goreng with Thai chicken balls
