Breakfast organic yogurt mixed berries and nuts with maple syrup

Morning tea: turkey deli, lactose free cheese slice,  mixed leaves, tomato, cranberry sauce, low carb bread

Lunch: Lite n’ Easy Pumpkin (soup was ok but had lots water not much pumpkin.)

Afternoon tea: Lite n’ Easy CC’s with spicy salsa (not enough salsa for amount of cc’d supplied)

Dinner teriyaki beef mince homemade (see post about a week ago for recipe), jasmine rice, mini dim Sims with sweet chili sauce,  mixed leaves, cherry tomato, capsicum
