Breakfast; organic egg scrambled then mixed with garlic aioli, in non stick skillet pan fry with no oil baby spinach, bacon rashers, organic tomato chutney, Lower carb bread toasted

Lunch chicken stock asian mini dim sim , shallot and mini organic mushroom with Thai oyster sauce. 2 minutes in microwave in soup bowl and lunch was done.
