breakfast:1/2 cup serve ginger garlic rice, steamed basa with organic vegetables

Breakfast recipe

Rice : 1tsp organic ginger,  1tsp organic garlic, 2 cups chicken bone broth with 1cup jasmine rice cook all together in microwave dish for 10minutes serves 4

150g steamed basa cook 10min in microwave steamer,

1 cup organic mixed vegetables cook in microwave bowl 4min

serve with 1Tb sweet chili sauce

Lunch turkey spaghetti sauce with konjac spaghetti  see separate post for recipe

Dinner lentil curry (see separate post for recipe ) with steamed organic jasmine rice
