Prawns & Vietnamese salad


Ingredients serves 2

1/8 of a wombok cabbage sliced

1 green Shalot sliced

1 organic carrot grated

1/4small red cabbage sliced

1 celery stalk sliced

1 handful fresh coriander

1 handful fresh mint

1 handful fresh Thai basil

2 tablespoons Poonsin Vietnamese salad dressing

12 prawns

 

Method

Slice all ingredients as listed Except prawns

Mix well together with dressing

Cook prawns two minutes on each side until pink

add prawns to salad And Mix well
