Curried lentils and sausage

ingredients serves 4

2 grass fed sausages paleo

2 kangaroo sausages

400g Organic lentils

250 g organic mixed vegetables frozen (carrot, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli)

organic garlic 1 teaspoon

1 tsp organic cumin powder

1/2 organic red onion

1cup of bone broth beef Broth of life

2 tablespoons organic tomato paste

1 tablespoon Keens curry powder

1/4 cup lactose free cream



Cut sausages into four slices per sausage

Diced garlic and onion

Add all ingredients except the cream to skillet

Stir until sausages are cooked through

Add cream and stir to mix through 2 to 3 minutes

Serve with Palaeo toast or basmati rice
