500g mince grass fed organic
1/2 red onion organic
400g diced tomatoes organic
1Tb of each: cumin, coriander, oregano ,smoked sweet paprika, garlic powder
1tsp Mexican chili powder
5 cubes frozen spinach
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Place all ingredient into pressure cooker.
Press 30 minutes and let machine do it’s thing.
Serve with konjac rice or organic basmati or paleo or gluten gree toast or serve with a mash vegetable.
