Homemade chinese lemon honey chicken

Serves 2

2x  lemons juiced

2tb manuka honey

200g chicken breast ,

2 celery stalks

200g organic mushrooms

1tb lite soy ,

1tb shoux xing,

1 tsp gluten free cornflour,

1 tsp rice flour,

1/2 tsp baking powder

1TB sesame oil

 

Method

Cut chicken into strips

Place Oil and chicken in wok and cook until no longer pink.

Chop celery, shallot on diagonal and mushrooms into slices

Add to wok with other ingredients stir fry until sauce thickens.

Serve with steamed rice
