Breakfast at home: paleo cleavers sausages, organic coles spaghetti and avocado


Lunch: chicken coconut & date salad see recipe in separate post

Dinner : japanese Ginger Pork (shogayaki) bento box with konjac angel hair with black sesame seeds,  spring rolls, pickled ginger, mixed leaves , mushroom and cherry tomato with kewpie mayo.
