Ingredients Serves 3
1/4 cabbage sliced
1 pink lady sliced into thin strips
2 handfuls mixed organic spinach and rocket
2 handfuls walnuts
2 handfuls organic coconut shreds
2 pitted merjoola dates sliced
1/4 red onion sliced
1 antibiotic free chicken breast
light pinch sea-salt and black pepper
1tb organic olive oil
2Tb garlic aioli
Cook chicken in skillet on both sides until cooked through.
Cut salad as listed then mix together without aioli.
serve on plates and slice chicken then place on top of salad.
add aioli between chicken strips.
