breakfast: rocket with spinach, organic garlic , tomato, mushrooms, organic butter cooked in fry pan.

Lunch: stir fry chow mein konjac pasta, organic garlic,  organic ginger, coconut aminos, cabbage,  carrot, celery,  free range bbq chicken

 

Dinner: chinese restaurant garlic prawns , Mongolian beef,  fried rice and kroop-ook
