Lunch: marinated chicken w roast vegetables

Dinner lasagne homemade gluten-free lasagne sheets, cheese sauce: lactose free cheese, lactose free milk, organic butter, plain flour, grassfed mince, carrot, celery, mushroom, capsicum, oregano and basil crushed tomato.

Salad : mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes,  cucumber,  avocado, French dressing
