Breakfast: 2 rounds same as lunch

#1/Organic brie melted, ranch, parsley, sriarcha and bbq chicken, lebanese bread rollup

i made these to take to pot luck lunch.

Lunch potluck church lunch: i had 2 of my rounds, chicken honey soy wing x2, 1 petite quiche, 1 ladle caesar salad










Dinner: keto chicken bowl, mixed leave with carrot, broccoli, cucumber, bbq chicken, pickled ginger dressing: organic coconut amino, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, organic ginger, chicken bone broth, poonsin vietnamese dressing

Dessert: waffle with maple, organic yogurt with warmed frozen berries
