Chicken pot recipe

Ingredients serves 2

 

2x 200g chicken breast fillet

Pinch sea-salt and black pepper

1-2 Bayleaf

1 cup of water

1  large organic carrot chopped

1 cup broccoli

1stalk celery chopped

30 g organic butter

1 organic onion diced

2 garlic cloves diced

1/4 cup plain organic flour

1 Tablespoon fresh parsley

1 Tablespoon  tarragon

2 tablespoons lactose free milk

 

Method

Chop ingredients as listed

Place all ingredients into saucepan and cook until chicken is cooked through

Stir occasionally scraping brown bits off the bottom of the pan and incorporate them into the sauce.

Sauce will thicken and bubble bring to low simmer until chicken is cooked through.

Serve hot with rice
