Beef Strog old recipe revamp

Ingredients serves 4

500g cubed Grass fed beef

1 Tb smokey paprika

1 organic onion diced

1 cup organic mushrooms sliced

1 large organic carrot sliced

1 tablespoon organic butter cubed

1 tablespoon organic flour

2 tablespoons organic Passatta

1 tablespoon thyme

1Tb cooking wine

1 cup beef bone broth (broth of life)

Pinch sea-salt and black pepper

1 Tb fresh parsley chopped

1 cup organic pasta

1 cup water

 

Method

Slice ingredients as listed

Place all ingredients into saucepan including pasta.

Cook beef until tender.

Stir pot occasionally to prevent sticking.

Cook until sauce thickens.
